The first issue of "Elm" newspaper, the weekly press organ of the Presidium of ANAS, was published in September.

The front page of the newspaper contained an overview of the meeting of President Ilham Aliyev with the ministers of the Turkish states participating in the events held in Baku and news about the relevant role of ANAS in the "2023-2027 Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Information Security and Cyber Security".
