The scientific article “The role of natural and anthropogenic factors in the formation of flood events in the basin of the Kish and Shin rivers on the southern slope of the Greater Caucasus”, co-authored by the head of the department of Ecological Geography of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, PhD in Geography, Qafqaz Agabalayev, and the employee of the department, Elvin Garayev, was published in the collection of materials of the "III International Scientific Conference of Geographers of the Turkic World" held in Bukhara, Uzbekistan.
