The 5th year students of the Faculty of History and Geography of Sheki branch of the ASPU visited the Mulberry Silkworm Selection Department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS for educational purposes.

During the meeting, the head of the department, Ph.D. in Biology, docent Gudurat Bakirov provided the students with detailed information about the conditions of mulberry silkworm breeding and its role in the silk production process. He also showed the students how various samples are observed in laboratory conditions in a practical way, introduced them to research samples conducted in laboratory conditions, and answered the questions of interest to the guests in detail.

In conclusion, Gudurat Bakirov emphasized the importance of such meetings in terms of increasing the scientific and practical knowledge of students and stated that cooperation would be continued in the future.
