The seminar was attended by third-year students of the Forest Park specialty of Sheki State Regional College.

Namig Abdurahmanov, head of the Department of Electronic Services and Artificial Intelligence, delivered a report at the seminar. In his speech, he spoke about the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence technologies in the agricultural sector, especially in horticulture and forestry.

The speaker noted that in modern times, it is possible to detect plant diseases at an early stage through artificial intelligence, to use water resources efficiently through the application of smart irrigation systems, and to monitor forest areas through satellite and drone technologies. He also emphasized that predicting productivity in advance, automating soil analysis, and establishing smart greenhouse systems are among the main directions of innovative approaches in agriculture.

The report stated that the application of these technologies makes a significant contribution to both increasing productivity and preserving ecological balance. At the same time, the expansion of digital solutions plays an important role in ensuring sustainable development in the agricultural sector.
