By the decision of the Presidium of ANAS, Yusif Hajibala oglu Shukurlu, Doctor of Philosophy in Physics, docent, has been working as the director of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS since 2014. He is the author of 9 certificates and 5 patents, 95 scientific articles, 16 published abroad, 11 scientific works published in journals abstracted and indexed in international databases, 2 monographs and 2 fiction books.
