Deputy director for Scientific Affairs of Sheki RSC, PhD in philology, docent Kamil Adishirinov noted that the national leader Heydar Aliyev and his worthy successor, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, always paid great attention and care to the development of science and culture, and said that the holding of jubilee events of great personalities, scientists and cultural figures, the erection of monuments in their honor, the publication of their works in large circulation, and other such issues and delicate moments are a clear example of this care.

The speaker stated that Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh, who, after the great Nizami and Fuzuli, carries the mission of "From thought to verse, from verse to eternity" with dignity, and possesses a deep philosophical and aesthetic thought, not only his secular but also his religious worldview stems from our classical heritage and has challenged world literature since the 60s of the 20th century. He stated that the fact that the poet's artistic heritage has been translated and published in various languages is a fact that confirms what has been said.

The speaker said that in the works of Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh, the great Fuzuli's philosophy of love, Nizami's idea of humanity, and Nasimi's struggle for truth and justice find a modern expression from a new perspective. He said that while conducting the research, parallels and intersections were identified by selecting examples from the classics and Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh's work, and he commented in his comprehensive and extensive report that all of this played a role of motivation for Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh's work.

Aygul Khalilova, a research associate at the Department of Archaeology and Ethnography, in her report titled "National Bigotry in the Shadow of Soviet Ideology" confirmed that the methods based on deep intelligence and philosophical thought, such as coding, subtextual allusions, and indirect delivery of ideas, used as artistic devices by our Soviet-era writers and poets, did not bypass Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh's work, but on the contrary, the poet's works, which have such a meaningful load, demonstrate a humanist position for humanity and humanity.
