Employees of the Department of History and Epigraphy of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, PhD in history Rahim Hasanov and research worker Elchin Valiyev participated in the "29th Symposium on Medieval and Turkish Period Excavations and Art History Research" held on September 24-27, 2025, jointly organized by Karabuk University and Atatürk Cultural Center in Karabuk, the Republic of Turkey.

The joint article on the topic "The History of the City of Sheki in the 18th-19th Centuries" presented by Rahim Hasanov was met with interest by the participants, and the authors of the article answered the questions addressed on the topic.

Finally, the books published by Sheki Regional Scientific Center were donated to the library of Karabuk University.
