Reyhan Manafova, Head of the Public Relations Department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center, participated as an expert in the seminar program of the "Critical Reading" - Initiatives for the Development of Analytical Thinking grant project, held in Baku on July 21, 2025, with the support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the organization of the Education Society of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Reyhan Manafova closely monitored the training process and evaluated the process in terms of quality and effectiveness, highly appreciating the teachers' activity, interest in the topics and motivation to learn.
