On March 07, 2025, an event dedicated to March 8 International Women's Day was held at the initiative of the Trade Union Organization of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS.

Opening the event, the Director General of Sheki RSC, Doctor of Philosophy in physics, docent Yusif Shukurlu, on his own behalf and of Sheki RSC staff, congratulated the female employees and highly appreciated the labor activities of the female employees who were distinguished for their activity. He spoke with pride about the active social position of the women working at the Center in Azerbaijani society, the honorable performance of the enabling functions of female employees in the activities of Sheki RSC, and wished them success in their scientific activities.

Yusif Rahimov, an employee of Sheki RSC, congratulated all Azerbaijani women on behalf of the female employees of the Center and addressed his best wishes to them.

The Scientific Secretary of the Center, Vafa Atayeva, expressed her gratitude to the management and the Trade Union on behalf of the female employees of Sheki RSC  for their attention and care.

Agil Mustafayev, Chairman of the Trade Union of Sheki RSC, congratulated the women and wished them success and happiness in their scientific activities and personal lives.

At the end of the event, the female employees of Sheki RSC were presented with gifts from the Trade Union.
