The results of ANAS "Young Scientist of the Year" award competition for 2024 have been announced.

The results of the ANAS "Young Scientist of the Year" award competition for 2024 have been announced at the next meeting of the Presidium of ANAS.

The President of ANAS, academician Isa Habibbeyli, said that according to the statute, young scientists under the age of 29 who have defended their PhD dissertations and distinguished themselves in scientific and public activities are awarded the "Young Scientist of the Year" diploma and a cash prize, and young scientists under the age of 35 who have defended their PhD dissertations, as well as young specialists who have not defended their PhD dissertations and are active in public affairs, are awarded the "Young Scientist of the Year" diploma.

According to the results of the competition, Ayshan Salmanova, a scientific worker at Sheki Regional Scientific Center, won the ANAS “Young Scientist of the Year” nomination.
