The article "The Shelf-Life of Second-Collagen-Containing Meat and Meat Products Depends on DMSO" by Ayshan Salmanova, a researcher of the Ecological Geography department of Sheki RSC, was published in the "Journal of Food Science and Technology (Iran)" magazine.
In the article, the shelf life of secondary collagen-containing raw materials treated with different concentrations of DMSO in terms of pH and total ion concentration was investigated.
