Sheki Regional Scientific Center deputy director for scientific affairs, PhD on physics Farhad Azizov, head of Biochemistry of plants department, PhD on biology Zarbali Khalilov, scientific secretary Vafa Atayeva's co-authored article entitled "Antioxidant activities of bioextracts obtained from the green cover and hard shell of hazelnuts" was published in the Turkish journal "Journal of the Turkish Chemical Society Section A: Chemistry" indexed by SCOPUS.

The article presents the results of the antioxidant activity analysis conducted on the extracts obtained from the green cover and hard shells of hazelnuts grown in the northwest of Azerbaijan using 70% ethanol and deionized water.
