On September 13, 2024, a round table on "Miracle of God mother nature" was held in Sheki RSC within the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World" with the joint organization of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, the Folklore House named after Vagif Ibrahimov, and the Naringala Folklore House.

The meeting was opened by the director of Sheki RSC, PhD on physics, docent Yusif Shukurlu greeted the guests and thanked them for their cooperation in holding such an important event. He said that the solution to this global problem, which worries humanity, will be possible only by joining forces, and gave the floor to the geographer Dilbazi Jamilov.

Dilbazi Jamilov, in his speech on "Disturbance of ecological balance", emphasized the importance of holding such events among students in kindergartens, secondary and higher schools. The speaker noted that neutralization of production process waste is one of the main conditions to protect the environment. He emphasized that as a result of the toxic substances of industrial production rising into the air and raining in the form of acid rain, the universe is drifting towards destruction, he added that whatever we give to nature, it returns to us.

Then the floor was given to Murad Gahramanov, a scientific worker of the department of Landscape Studies. In his report entitled "Global warming and green world", the speaker provided information about the destructive effects on biological diversity and nature in general, climate changes, and voiced his suggestions for solving these problems.

Later, Khazar Bashirov, a scientific worker of the department of Ecological Geography, gave a report on "The impact of green energy on environmental sustainability and future development opportunities". He said that the solid particles and gases released into the atmosphere as a result of human activities become global drivers of climate change and have a direct negative impact on human health. The speaker is responsible for the relative elimination of the problems of electricity generation from renewable energy sources, use of electric vehicles, construction of renewable energy devices on the roofs of buildings, use of solar lamps for lighting streets and roads, application of heating, intelligent energy management technologies, and energy-oriented waste management.

At the event, the head of the landscape science department of Sheki RSC, PhD on geol-min Huseyn Mustafabayli, Rovzat Hajizakariyayev, head of Folklore House named after Vagif Ibrahimov  spoke.
