At the meeting of the Presidium of ANAS on January 9, 2024, the implementation of the decision regarding the announcement of a competition for the redevelopment of the logo - emblem, which meets the current renewal stage of the development of ANAS, meets the modern scientific challenges, the requirements of the information society, as well as the changes that have occurred in the directions of the Academy's activities in recent times.

The results of the competition announced on May 15, 2024 for the development of the new logo-emblem of ANAS have been announced. 61 logo-emblems prepared by 25 people participated in the competition. Academician Isa Habibbeyli greeted the contestants, congratulated them and expressed his gratitude for their activity. Isa Habibbayli noted that every work sent was very interesting, so it was quite difficult to make a choice. The academician added that it is impossible to choose a single person as the winner for this reason. He pointed out that, taking into account the general opinion of experts, the symbols used by the 6 participants in the competition will be used, and the new logo-emblem of ANAS will be prepared in this way. Isa Habibbayli also emphasized that the money prize for the winner of the competition will be divided among the participants. Later, he presented honorary degrees and diplomas to the academic participants.

Aynur Mustafayeva, a specialist of the Public Relations Department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, participated in the competition and was awarded with an Honorary Award.
