Sanan Hasanov explained that the main task in the Charter of the Trade Union is to protect the rights and interests of the employees, and informed about the realities and the problems we face. He opened a wide conversation about modern challenges and the main goals ahead in order to ensure collective action and cooperation between organizations and individuals. The questions of the employees were answered by the chairman, the issues that were unclear for them were clarified.

Then the reports of Agil Mustafayev, chairman of the Trade Union Organization of Sheki REM, and Namig Abdurahmanov, chairman of the Inspection Commission, were heard.

The process of electing a new chairman, secretary and members to the Trade Union Organization and Inspection Commission of Sheki REM took place.
