On November 4, a scientific conference dedicated to the 3rd anniversary of the victory in the Patriotic War was held under the joint organization of the Presidium of ANAS and the Institute of History named after A.A. Bakikhanov on the topic "From Victory to Victory: The complete guarantee of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity is the celebration of the policy of the Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev". . Academician Isa Habibbayli, President of ANAS, who opened the event, said that the people and state of Azerbaijan have progressed from victory to victory during the 44-day Patriotic War and during the past 3 years after it, under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev, and history at the military and diplomatic level.

Academician Isa Habibbeyli said that thanks to the political and diplomatic courage of the independent and strong leader of Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev and the heroism of the Azerbaijani Army, the 30-year occupation was ended and the Great Victory was ensured by the raising of our National Flag in Shusha. He noted that myths such as "great Armenia", "strong Armenian army", "impassable Ohanyan barrier" invented by Armenians over the years and the insidious plans of their patrons were destroyed once and for all by the bravery of Azerbaijani soldiers in just 44 days.
