Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I make a decision regarding the implementation of Decree No. 1769 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 28, 2022 "On some measures related to the improvement of management in the field of science and education in the Republic of Azerbaijan":

The "Charter of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences" adopted at the General Assembly of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences should be approved (attached).

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan should resolve the issues arising from this Decree.
