Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I make a decision regarding the implementation of Decree No. 1769 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 28, 2022 "On some measures related to the improvement of management in the field of science and education in the Republic of Azerbaijan":

Decree No. 386 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 11, 2014 "On the approval of the Charter of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences" and the cancellation of Decree No. Legislative Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2014, No. 12, Article 1540; 2016, No. 5, Article 859; 2017, No. 7, Article 1365; 2020, No. 4, Article 403) part 1 should be repealed.
