On October 18, 2023, on the eve of the 100th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev, an event on the theme "Our independence is eternal, unshakable, irreversible" was organized at the house-museum of Bakhtiyar Vahabzade with the organization of Sheki Central Library and the house-museum of Bakhtiyar Vahabzade.
