The speaker said that the Gothic, baroque, neoclassical and modern style buildings, which is the main reason why Baku is called the "Paris of the Caucasus", are in harmony with the general landscape of the city, that the buildings located in different areas of the city create the impression of a European atmosphere, as they were mainly built by German and Polish architects, the national leader He spoke about the magnificence of architectural monuments built during the reign of Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev. Elshan Abdurahmanov, scientific worker of the "History, archeology and epigraphy" department of ANAS, in his speech on the topic "Stages of development of the oil industry of Azerbaijan", looked at the development path of the oil industry and talked about the innovations in the oil industry in the 19th and 20th centuries, the role of the oil industry in the development of capitalism in Azerbaijan, the Soviet power He talked about keeping the oil industry in the center of attention from the first years, the successes achieved in the development of the oil industry during the leadership of the national leader Heydar Aliyev to the republic, and the issues of the development of the oil engineering industry of Azerbaijan. He also spoke about the impact of the oil strategy, which was founded by the great leader Heydar Aliyev and successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev, on the economic development of Azerbaijan, the improvement of the welfare of the population, and its role in the success of our country in the political arena. Researcher Gafur Ramizli of Sheki "Yukhari Bash" National Historical Architectural Reserve gave a report on "The "Contract of the Century" is the way to sustainable economic development". He noted in his speech that the international agreement signed between the world's major oil companies gave impetus to the successful continuation of the "New Oil Strategy" in Azerbaijan. Gafur Ramizli added that with the signing of the "Contract of the Century" there was a turning point in the economy of Azerbaijan, and with this, big projects were launched.

Zemina Rasulova, scientific worker of Shaki "Yukhari Bash" National Historical Architectural Reserve, spoke on the topic "Charitable works done at the expense of oil in Azerbaijan" and talked about the oil tycoons of Azerbaijan, such as Isa Hajinsky, M.Nagiyev, H.Z.Tagiyev, N.Ashurbeyova and others, their charitable works. He touched on important points such as the buildings they built and the assistance they provide to Azerbaijani students to study abroad.
