On September 8, 2023, leading researcher of the "Literary-cultural environment, folklore and ethnography" department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, PhD in philology, associate professor Kamil Fikret Adishirinov was invited to the "Turkish-language" Institute of Manuscripts named after M. Fuzuli of ANAS, the leading researcher of the Department of Monuments Research, Shafiga Demirgizi Abdullayeva, was an official opponent of the thesis on "Ismayil bey Nakam and his "Divan", which she defended at the Specialized Dissertation Council of the Nizami Ganjavi Literature Museum of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to receive the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philology. .

In his speech, Kamil Adishirinov characterized the topicality of the topic and noted that the dissertation submitted for defense is on the one hand a refutation of one-sided and even biased opinions about the "Divans" of Ismayil Bey Nakam, who lived and created in Shaki in the second half of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, especially in the works written during the Soviet era if it is related to the manifestation of the need, on the other hand, it is related to the need to help create a complete and objective picture of Azerbaijani literature in general. Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, Associate Professor K.F. Adishirinov wished success to the dissertation and gave his recommendations and suggestions regarding the content of the dissertation.
