On June 25, 2023, an event was held in the assembly hall of Sheki RSC on the occasion of "June 26 - Armed Forces Day" and the holy "Feast of Sacrifice". With the suggestion of the director of Sheki RSC, docent Y.H. Shukurlu, the souls of our compatriots who were martyred for the liberation of our land from occupation were first remembered with a minute of silence.

        As a continuation of the event, Y. Rahimov, the head of "Ecological Geography" department, delivered a report on June 26-Armed Forces Day, the honorable road leading to this day, and the army building.

        After that, H. Khalilov, an employee of "Historical Heritage and Ethnography" department, congratulated the participants on the occasion of the "Holiday of Sacrifice" and spoke about the sanctity of this holiday and the essence of the sacrifice.
