On May 4, 2023 an event named“Haydar Aliyev–Azerbaijanian genius of world history” was held in Zagatala region with the organization of Zagatala Islam College, Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, and Cultural Center of Zagatala Region for the 100th anniversary of National Leader Haydar Aliyev. At the event teacher and student staff of Zagatala College, the employees of Cultural Center of Zagatala Region, scholars and employees of ANAS, SRSC, educators, intellectuals and representatives of the public were participated.

The director of Zagatala Islam College Anar Gurbanov and the deputy director on scientific affairs of SRSC Farhad Azizov  opened the meeting and informed the participants about the essence of the event.

The event began with sounding State Anthem. The membership of Azerbaijan Writers Association, PhD on pedagogy Hashim Ismayilov participated with the article named “Life and creation of National Leader Haydar Aliyev”, the director of Zagatala region Cultural Center Aybeniz Haydarova with “Haydar Aliyev is the protector of our national-moral values”, scientific worker of “Historical heritage and ethnography” department of ANAS, SRSC and the teacher of Zagatala Islam College Aladdin Sultanov  with “Haydar Aliyev and the propagation of Islamic values in Azerbaijan”, head of “Historical heritage and ethnography “ department of SRSC of ANAS Rahim Hasanov with “The heritage of National Leader Haydar Aliyev is our national wealth”, the art director of Zagatala region Cultural Center Samire Humbetova with “Haydar Aliyev and culture”, junior scientific researcher of “Floklore and crafts” deoartment Tural Adishirionov with “Development of human capital and care for talented young people as a priority of Heydar Aliyev's policy”. The articles were listened curiously by the participants.

Then the film named “The savior of our values” dedicated to the life  and creation of our National Leader was demonstated.

The event was concluded with the literary and artistic composition "We are the grandchildren of Haydar Baba " prepared by the members of the "Word World Artistic Recitation Association" of Zagatala region Cultural Center.
