On April 20, 2023, an event was organized on the occasion of Ramadan in the assembly hall of Sheki RSC.  Opening the event, the director of Sheki RSC PhD on physics, docent  Y.H. Shukurlu congratulated the employees for Ramadan, the holy holiday of the Muslim world, and conveyed his sincere wishes.

Habil Khalilov, an employee of Sheki RSC, informed about the essence of Ramadan holiday and its history. The participants of the event were brought to the attention of the verses and hadiths of the "Holy Qur'an" about fasting worship. He talked about the place and characteristics of fasting worship in monotheistic religions before Islam. H. Khalilov drew attention to the state policy carried out in the direction of protecting and promoting national and moral values, and the exemplary nature of the existing multicultural environment in Azerbaijan.
