On April 15, 2023 an event named “Haydar Aliyev and renaissance in Azerbaijan” was held with the organization of ANAS Sheki Regional Scientific Center and Sheki music school number 4. In the ceremony the employees of “Historical heritage and ethnography” department of SRSC Reyhan Manafova participated with the article named “State independence of Azerbaijan, the development of national renaissance and Haydar Aliyevʼs personality”, Habil Khalilov with “Haydar Aliyevʼs policy and national-moral values in Azerbaijan”. In the reports it was dealt with the lucky action of the great leader in the direction of strengthening state independence of Azerbaijan.  It was stressed that the continuation of this policy by Ilham Aliyev.

Sevil Gurbanova, the deputy director of Shaki city music school No. 4, and Fargana Salamova, the head of the department, spoke about the report and noted that thanks to the national leader's rich statecraft experience, national unity and development were achieved in Azerbaijan, and among other areas, national culture and art were taken under the state patronage. Sevil Gurbanova expressed her gratitude to the leadership of Sheki RSC for their cooperation in the implementation of the event at a high level.
