The next Scientific Council meeting of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS was held on March 30, 2023. The director of Sheki RSC PhD on Physics, docent Y.H.Shukurlu acquainted the agenda with the members of the Council. The agenda was voted and adopted. The director of Sheki RSC Y.H. Shukurlu introduced the first item on the agenda - "On scientific and scientific-organizational activities of ANAS for 2022 and the tasks ahead" of the General Meeting of ANAS. He said that it is necessary to carry out work in the direction of the implementation of the provisions reflected in the Decision of the General Meeting, and in this regard, the responsibility falls on Sheki RSC. It was noted that the decision was of great importance in regulating the activity of Sheki RSC in the current year.

1. Azizov, deputy director of scientific affairs of Sheki RSC, PhD on biology informed about the series of events to be held by Sheki RSC in connection with the declaration of 2023 by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev as the "Year of Heydar Aliyev". He said that the events are of a regional nature and the Organizing Committee created for their implementation should strengthen its activities.

Then the current issues on the Agenda were discussed and decisions were made regarding the mentioned issues.

In the end, the employees whose articles were published in international scientific bases in 2022 were awarded with "Decrees of Honor", and on the occasion of March 27 "Science Day" it was decided to award a group of employees of Sheki RSC, distinguished by their scientific and business activities.
