On March 31, in the assembly hall of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, a training called "Compilation and application of practical writing samples in scientific institutions in accordance with Azerbaijani literary language norms and stylistic features." was held. The  training 6.2.3 of the "State Program on the use of the Azerbaijani language in accordance with the requirements of the time and the development of linguistics in the country" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated April 9, 2013 No. 2837. was organized according to paragraph 5-7/2-5/150/2003 dated 26.01.2023 received from the Office of the Head of Sheki City Executive Power. The scientific staff of Sheki RSC, teachers and students of the Sheki branch of ASPU participated in the training. Senior researcher, doctor of pedagogic sciences of Sheki RSC, prof. F.Ibrahimov opened the training with an introduction and informed about its essence and the purpose of its organization. He noted that it is important to protect the purity of the Azerbaijani language, to develop it, to use it in accordance with literary language norms and stylistic features. The speaker expressed the protection of the language as the protection of our national existence, national identity, and national pride.

Reyhan Manafova, researcher of the "Historical heritage and ethnography" department of Sheki RSC, trained the participants on the mentioned topic. First, he informed the audience about the historical development period of the Azerbaijani language, the development area of our language, the stages of presenting the beauty of our language in Azerbaijani literature. The services of the existing states in Azerbaijan in the development of the language have been mentioned. During the training process, the norms of the literary language of Azerbaijan, the stylistic features of the language were explained in detail. The rules of writing articles prepared for scientific, scientific-journalistic and mass media, points to be paid attention to in compliance with the norms of the literary language of Azerbaijan were emphasized. The trainer also gave detailed information about practical writing examples of Azerbaijani literary language.

Abdurahmanov, scientific secretary of the Scientific Center, gave a speech on the topic discussed in the training and talked about the processes that historically hinder the development of the language in Azerbaijan, the turbulent path our language has taken, the role of intellectuals, political and public figures in the protection and development of the language. He drew attention to the great leader Heydar Aliyev's struggle for the acceptance and use of the Azerbaijani language at the state level.

The training was received with interest by the participants. The participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers of the training and the trainer, and wished that such trainings would continue.
