On March 7, 2023 an event dedicated to "March 8 International Women's Day" was held with the initiative of the Trade Union Organization of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS. Opening the event with an introductory speech, the director of Sheki RSC, PhD, docent Y.H.Shukurlu, announced the official congratulatory speech of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev to the women of Azerbaijan. He congratulated the female employees on behalf of himself and the team of Sheki RSC and highly appreciated the work of the female employees who were distinguished by their activity.
   Deputy director for scientific affairs PhD on biology Farhad Azizov spoke about active public position of the working women of the Center in Azerbaijan society, and wished them success in their scientific activity.

   Yevgeniya Bekirova the head of "Ecological Biophysics" department congratulated all the women of Azerbaijan on behalf of the female employees of Shrem and wished them success.

Irada Yusifova the head of "Folklore and handicrafts" department expressed her gratitude to the management and the Trade Union Organization on behalf of the female employees of Shrem for their attention and care.

Agil Mustafayev Chairman of the Trade Union Organization of Sheki RSC congratulated the women and wished them success and happiness in their scientific activities and personal lives.

Namig Abdurahmanov the head of "Work with documents" department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center conveyed his congratulations and sincere wishes.

At the end of the event Reyhan Manafova- a researcher of "Historical Heritage and Ethnography" department gave a speech shared her sincere wishes and congratulations with the female employees and recited the poem "A Woman's Heart".

Gifts from the Trade Union were presented to the female employees of Sheki RSC.
