The director of Sheki RSC, PhD on physics, docent Y.H. Shukurlu declared a minute of silence in connection with the death of Sh.Sh.Mammadov, member of the council, head of Sheki Support Station of the Institute of Genetic Resources, PhD on biology. Then he briefed the council members on the following issues on the agenda:

4. On application of vaccination against COVID-19 by the employees Sheki RSC - Deputy Director on General Affairs of Sheki RSC Rahim Abdurahmanov
5. Information on the state of research of the heritage of the prominent public figure Haji Mustafa efendi al-Malakhi - Researcher of the Department of Historical Heritage and Ethnography, PhD on philosophy Aladdin Sultanov
