Then head scientific worker of ANAS Sheki RSC, professor Firadun Ibrahimov reported. In his speech, the orator spoke about the socio-political processes that took place on the eve of the establishment of the ADR, the current situation in the South Caucasus, the weakness of the institutions established in Transcaucasia to resolve tensions, and the provocations against the Turkish-Muslim population. He spoke about the socio-economic and cultural policy pursued by the ADR, its essence, its relations with neighboring countries, including member states of the international community.
