ANAS, Institute of Folklore held International scientific conference named “Ashig Alasgar: the magic of saz, the fame of word on the date of May 24-25. Tural Adishirinov, a junior researcher of "Folklore and crafts" department of ANAS Sheki RSC, made a report named "The image of Ashig Alasgar in legends" at the conference. In the report, he also touched upon interesting points related to the influence of Ashig Alasgar's creativity on the poetry of Balakan-Sheki ashugs. The report was met with interest, the text of the report was included in the conference materials.
