On February 25, 2019 a memorial ceremony dedicated to Khojaly tragedy was held in Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS. The ceremony started with praying to martyrs. Firstly, the director of SRSC, PhD on physics, docent Yusif Shukurlu said "Introduction word". The video clip describing the horrors of Khojali tragedy was demonstrated at the ceremony.

      Head scientific worker of SRSC, prof. Firedun Ibrahimov performed about “Khojaly genocide - the complications of Armenian fascism”, head of “Historical Heritage and Ethnography” department, doctorate of Institute of History Rahim Hesenov “Armenian syndrome in international status”.
