The article by Rahim Hasanov, head of the Department of History and Epigraphy of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, PhD in History, entitled “The Construction of Socialism in Sheki region in the 1920s” has been published in the collection of materials of the VII International Dede Gorgud Conference on Turkic Culture, Language, History and Literature.
