Elvin Garayev, an employee of the Ecological Geography Department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, delivered a report entitled "The Role and Importance of the Western Azerbaijan Region in Azerbaijani Toponymy" at the II Republican Scientific and Practical Conference entitled "Western Azerbaijan Folklore: Problems and Prospects".
