Namig Abdurahmanov, head of Electronic Services Department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, completed a full course in Information Technologies (IT) at "Global Edu International Education LLC" and received an international certificate.

It should be noted that "Global Edu International Education LLC" is an organization working on a dual international certification system.
