Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant resolution on this.

According to the document, 100 manats will be paid to the salaries of employees working directly in their specialty in a number of organizations financed from the state budget for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, and 60 manats for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.

This Resolution shall be applied from January 1, 2025.
