On declaring a day of mourning in the Republic of Azerbaijan in memory of those who died as a result of the crash of the Embraer 190 passenger aircraft belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines Closed Joint Stock Company on Baku-Grozny (Russian Federation) flight

On December 25, 2024, a number of people died as a result of the crash of the Embraer 190 passenger aircraft on Baku-Grozny (Russian Federation) flight.

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I share the grief of the families of those who died as a result of the accident, I decide:

On December 26, 2024, a day of mourning shall be declared in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
