On November 4, 2024, within the framework of the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World", "COP29", "Victory Day", the joint organization of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, Sheki branch of ASPU, Forest Development under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the support of Regional Forestry Center No. 7 of the Service, a tree planting action was carried out on Zarifa Aliyeva avenue in Sheki city.

In the action, 44 pine and blueberry saplings were planted as a memorial to the 44-day Patriotic War.
