Elvin Garayev, an employee of Ecological Geography Department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center, delivered a report entitled "The Ecological Situation in the Liberated Territories and Related Countermeasures" at the republican conference on "The Impact of Anthropogenic Factors and Climate Change on Karabakh Ecosystems" held at the Dendrology Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the framework of the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World" and the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change - COP-29.
