On June 4, 2022 in the house museum of the prominent Azerbaijani people's poet, philosopher, public figure Bakhtiyar Vahabzade the international scientific conference named “IV International Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh Turkic World History, Culture and Literature” dedicated to the creation of Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh was held in Sheki together with the initiative and participation of Sheki and Guba branches of ADPU, Institute of Economic Development and Social Research (IKSAD-Turkey), Institute of Folklore of ANAS, Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University .

Director of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, academician Mukhtar Imanov declared the conference open on the Zoom platform and wished success to the conference. Then, the head of the "Dada Gorgud" department of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, professor Ramazan Gafarli, the president of the IKSAD Institute Dr. Mustafa Latif Emek, director of the Institute of Linguistics of ANAS, professor Nadir Mammadli, director of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS PhDon physics, docent Yusif Shukurlu, director of Sheki branch of ADPU, doctor of mathematics, docent  Rafig Rasulov and director of the Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh House Museum Elshan Zakariyabeyli spoke about the creativity, philosophical thoughts and position of the poet in the Azerbaijani and Turkish literature.

Then the section meetings of the Sheki branch of ADPU continued in hybrid form. The conference was attended by head scientific researcher of the department of "Historical heritage and ethnography" of Sheki RSC of ANAS, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Firadun Ibrahimov "Secrets and sources of Bakhtiyar Vahabzade's creativity", leading researcher of the department of "Folklore and  crafts" PhD on philology, docent Ulduz Murshudova “Lexical-pragmatic use of proverbs in Bakhtiyar Vahabzade's poetry”, head of the department “Folklore and crafts”, dissertation of Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS Irada Yusifova “On the way to the peaks” and the employee of the department of “Historical heritage and ethnography” Habil Khalilov  made a report entitled "Analysis of Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh's poem" Allah "in the Sufi sense in the verses of the Holy Quran and hadiths".  Docent  Ulduz Murshudova also chaired one of the section meetings.
