The conference was opened by the Deputy Head of the Executive Power of Sheki city, Head of the Department of Public, Political and Humanitarian Affairs Javadova Zerine and informed about the history of the ADR, its significance, the decree of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the 100th anniversary ADR.

Then Director of Sheki Regional Science Center of ANAS, Ph.D. PhD docent Yusuf Şükürlü made a speech at the level of leadership in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic, a glorious page in our history, and expressed his work in this direction in his organization.

Later, the chief researcher of the Department of Historical Heritage and Ethnography, Professor Firadun Ibrahimov gave a talk on the theme "Education in Azerbaijan during the Republic of Azerbaijan" and gave detailed information about the activities of the ADR government in the field of education. He clarified the essence of urgent measures envisaged during this period. He talked about national education, nationalization of educational institutions, and preparation of general compulsory education projects.

Speaking on the topic of "The role of political figures in the creation of the Republic", Rakhim Hasanov, the head of the SRI Department of History and Heritage, said that those who struggle for the national liberty and independence of Azerbaijan, those who are struggling for the establishment of a democratic republic in Azerbaijan and those involved in the organization of a democratic state, will never be forgotten.

Academician, PhD in History Akif Mammadli, PhD in Historical Heritage and Ethnography of SRSC, delivered a speech on "Historical Policy of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic" and brought interesting facts characterizing the period.

Elshan Abdurakhmanov, a researcher at the Department of Historical Heritage and Ethnography of SRSC, spoke on the theme "Socio-social situation in Sheki's accident on the eve of the formation of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic" in Shaki (Nukha), the second industrial city in the early 20th century, The analysis of the current situation in the Nukha Accident also highlighted the importance for unveiling the Armenian identity.

Elchin Valiyev, a researcher at the Department of History and Heritage of SRIU, commented on the theme "Culture in the period of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic" and noted the importance of cultural-enlightenment work during the twenty-first month of the Republic's history.

The employee of the Department of Historical Heritage and Ethnography of SRSC, Habil Khalilov, spoke on the theme "Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and the Caucasus Islamic Army" to introduce the independence of Azerbaijan, the creation of the National Army and the progress of the Caucasian Islamic Army in Baku and the liberation of Baku.
