The seminar was jointly organized by the Balakan Executive Power and the Sheki Regional Science Center of ANAS.

     The workshop was organized in the Balaken District Agriculture Department's meeting room, where participants were farmers and fishermen operating in the Balakan region.

Mehpan Aliyeva, deputy head of the Executive Power of Balakan district, thanked the organizers for the workshop and highlighted the relevance of the topics to be discussed in the agenda.

    Later, plenary reports and presentations were made.

     First Deputy Director of Science, PhD in Biology Farhad Azizov gave extensive information about the relevance of topics to be presented at the seminar, compliance with the targets and priorities set out in the Strategic Road Map, activities carried out within the project, and the results achieved.

   Head of the Department of Landscape Studies at ANAS, PhD in Geology and Mineralogy Huseyn Mustafabeyli, gave a presentation on the theme: "Application of conceptual models of agro-landscape in the implementation of agrophosphorescence systems of agricultural plants" head of the Department of "Cell Silkworm Selection", PhD in Biology, Bakirov on the theme "Incubation, Feeding and Agrotechnical Maintenance of Crepe Silk" and head of the "Genofond and Biodiversity" department, Joshgun Mammadov, on the subject "Reproduction of seedlings with seeds and vegetative methods, agrotechnical treatment rules".

    The reports were listened to by the participants, and the questions were answered in detail.

     Head of the Balakan District Agriculture Department Mammad Sharifov thanked and agreed for interesting reports.
