Scientific worker of “Ecological Geography” department of ANAS Sheki Regional Scientific Center, the dissertate of the Institute of Geography named after H.Aliyev Gafgaz Agabalayev Mammadhasan defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy on Geography with the theme named “Ways of territorial organization and optimization of agriculture of Sheki-Zagatala economic region in the period of agrarian reforms” in 22.10.2021 in the defense council of the Institute of Geography of ANAS named after H.Aliyev. Gafgaz Agabalayev presented luckily, his dissertation work was affirmed according to the results of council members and decided to apply to HAC about it.   

We also congratulate him by the collective of ANAS Sheki RSC, and wish him success in his future scientific achievement.
