The H-index which is an indicator of international scientific bases of the director of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, PhD in physics, docent Yusif Shukurlu's articles settled in the 31st in Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and 335th in the country. On this occasion, we congratulate docent Yusif Shukurlu and wish him success in his future scientific activities.
