The next issue of "Elm" newspaper, the weekly press organ of the Presidium of ANAS, has been published.

On the front page of the newspaper, there is news about the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva in the opening of "DOST EVI" branch of the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center in Ismayilli.
