An important scientific innovation has been achieved as a result of scientific-research works conducted in the "Ecological geography" department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS in the direction of researching the ecosystems of the northwestern region and studying the potential of ecotourism. Thus, in August 2023, during the monitoring carried out by the employees of "Ecological Geography" department, the "Meshebashi" waterfall, located on the right bank of the Damarchin branch of the Kish River, was recorded. According to Yusif Rahimov, the head of "Ecological Geography" department, this waterfall, called "Meshebashi" by the local population, is located at an altitude of 1696 m above sea level, falls from a height of 13 meters, and has not yet been recorded in scientific sources. Meshebashi waterfall is a promising natural monument for the development of ecotourism in the region, in addition to its abundance of water. Meshebashi waterfall was recorded by Gafgaz Agabalayev, Ph.D. in geography, the leading researcher of "Ecological Geography" department of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS in 2023 during the research conducted on the Kish River and its tributaries. Information about Meshebashi waterfall was posted on the free encyclopedia "Wikipedia" on August 22, 2023. The article was created in "Wikipedia" in Azerbaijani and English languages with the organizational support of "Electronic Academy" department of the Presidium of ANAS.

shrem.az reports with reference to the science.gov.az website that in November 2023, the National Museum of Azerbaijani Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi will host the "Classical Eastern and Azerbaijani poetry and music cross-cultural" dedicated to the 825th anniversary of Safiaddin Urmavi, 670th anniversary of Abdulgadir Maraghayi, and 190th anniversary of Mirmohsun Nawab. An international conference will be held on the theme of "Silk Road".

The conference "Masterpieces of medieval Azerbaijani and Muslim Oriental musicology as a phenomenon of integration", "The legacy of Safieddin Urmavi, Abdulgadir Maragayi and Mirmohsun Nawab as a bridge connecting different cultural epochs", "Azerbaijani poetry and classical music heritage", "Aruz, mugham and Eastern poetics" the function of bringing together the Eastern literary-cultural environment of the Middle Ages", "The influence of classical music and poetry monuments on scientific and literary-cultural development" sections.

Rules for drafting the article:

- The text must be submitted in the Microsoft Word editor (.doc, .docx);

- The text of the article should be 3-7 pages including keywords, summary and list of references;

- The article should be written in Times New Roman - 12 ppt font, with 1.5 line spacing.

The page parameters of the text should be as follows:

-Right side -1cm

-Left side – 3 cm

- Lower part - 2 cm

- Upper part - 2 cm

On the right side, the name and surname of the author should be indicated in small and dark font, and below that, in small and regular font, the scientific degree (if any), scientific title (if any), place of work and e-mail address, contact number (not printed).

At the beginning of the text, the name of the report should be given in the middle in large and dark font.

At the beginning of the text, at least 5 keywords should be indicated according to the languages in which the article and abstracts are written.

The list of references should be in alphabetical order, should be compiled according to the requirements of the EAC, references in the article should be given in square brackets (eg: [5, p. 12]).

If the text of the article is written in English, a summary in Azerbaijani; If the text of the article is written in Russian, Persian, Arabic, a summary in Azerbaijani and English is required.

The summaries of the article in different languages should be identical to each other and should be written according to the content of the article. In the summary, the author's scientific conclusion, scientific novelty of the work, application importance, etc. should be reflected. Each abstract must include the full name of the author, and the title of the article must not be translated. Abstracts should be 100-150 words.

Deadline for submission of articles: October 15, 2023

The organizing committee has the right to amend the text of the articles (without changing the general content), to return reports.
