On August 16, 2023, the organization of the Deda Gorgud Department of the Folklore Institute of ANAS, the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, the Monitoring Center of the Azerbaijan State Language Commission, Shaki branch of ASPU, Guba branch of ASPU and the House-museum of Bakhtiyar Vahabzade at the Sheki branch of the ASPU on August 16, 2023 "V International Bakhtiyar Vahapzade Turkish World History, Culture and Literature Congress" dedicated to Bakhtiyar Vahabzade, a prominent independence poet, publicist, writer, dramatist, favorite of the Turkish world, was held. In addition to Azerbaijani intellectuals from different regions of the country, the Republic of Turkey, as well as guests from various Turkic-speaking countries took part in the conference. Elshan Abdurahmanov, scientific secretary of Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS, Aygun Ismayilova, scientific worker of Ecological Geography Department, Habil Khalilov, an employee of "History, Archeology and Epigraphy" Department, Reyhan Manafova, head of "Public Relations" Department, gave speeches. We wish success to our employees. The artistic part of the event continued in the House-museum of Bakhtiyar Vahabzade.
