On November 11, 2022, an event related to "Constitution Day" was held in Sheki RSC of ANAS. The director of Sheki RSC, docent  Y.H. Shukurlu opened the event, congratulated the employees for  this significant day. Speaking about the essence of the constitution, the speaker shared his views with the event participants about its democratic foundations and high legislative base.

Then Irada Yusifova, the head of the "Folklore and Handicrafts" department  gave a speech, reviewed the history of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan. She talked about the role of the Constitution in the history of statehood.
