International scientific-practical conference on the theme named “Veterinary science in the XXI century – innovations towards future” dedicated to the 120^th anniversary of Veterinary Research Institute was held in November 25, 2021 in Baku.

As a part of the event the certificates were introduced to the scientists and veterinary doctors who have special roles in the development of veterinary science. The conference continued with agriculture, learning infectious, invasive and non-communicable diseases of wild and domestic animals, birds, bees and fish based on the most modern technologies, and with the discussion of future perspectives, important results of theoretical and practical research conducted in recent years in veterinary-sanitary, treatment-prevention, molecular biology and other fields.

The director of ANAS Sheki RSC, PhD on physics, docent Yusif Shukurlu and the head of “The selection of mulberry silkworm” department, PhD on biology, docent Guduret Bekirov participated at the conference.
