On June 14, 2022 the head of the department Irade Yusifova and junior scientific researcher Tural Adishirinov  were in Bash Zayzid and Varazat villages of Sheki for collecting folklore samples.

Firstly, the meeting was held with the elder of the village Fatima Salimova in Bash Zayzid. During the interview a new bayati, riddle and legend were noted.

Then the members of the expedition gained valuable information from the well-known elder of the district Fikret Mammadov.

During the day the employees of “Folklore and crafts” department met with village elders Pirali Aliyev, Etibar Shukurov, Soltan Khalilov and collected new folklore samples, anecdotes, proverbs and sayings.
